Free Trial

We offer a free trial period for new users to explore our platform:

  • No credit card required to start your free trial
  • Full access to features during the trial period
  • No automatic charges at the end of the trial
  • You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time during or after the trial

Since no payment is collected during the trial period, no refund is applicable for free trials.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how cancellation works:

  • Self-Service Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription directly from your account settings at any time
  • Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Continued Access: You will retain access to ExitFox features until the end of your paid period
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining time in your billing period after cancellation
  • Data Retention: Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with ExitFox within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, you can request a full refund.

Eligible for Refund:

  • First-time subscribers within 7 days of initial payment
  • Subscriptions where the service was materially unavailable due to our technical issues
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Requests made after 7 days from the payment date
  • Partial month or year refunds for early cancellation
  • Users who have previously received a refund
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Subscription renewals (only first-time purchases are eligible)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request
  3. Provide any relevant transaction IDs or payment details

Billing Cycle Changes

If you wish to change your billing cycle (monthly to annual or vice versa):

  • Upgrade to Annual: You can upgrade from monthly to annual billing at any time. The annual price will be prorated based on your remaining monthly period.
  • Downgrade to Monthly: Changes from annual to monthly will take effect at the end of your current annual billing period.

Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan:

  • You will retain access to current plan features until then
  • No refunds are provided for the difference in plan pricing
  • Some features may become unavailable after the downgrade takes effect
