• Interview management and scheduling tools
• Analytics and sentiment analysis of interview responses
• Data export and reporting capabilities

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Our Service integrates with Slack to provide a seamless exit interview experience. By connecting your Slack workspace to ExitFox, you:

• Authorize ExitFox to access your Slack workspace as permitted by Slack's API
• Grant permission to send direct messages to users for exit interview purposes
• Acknowledge that interview responses collected through Slack will be stored in our systems
• Agree to comply with Slack's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms

You may disconnect your Slack workspace from ExitFox at any time through your account settings.

ExitFox uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized exit interview questions. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated questions are suggestions and should be reviewed before use
• We do not guarantee the appropriateness, accuracy, or completeness of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all questions before they are sent to employees
• AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate results
• We continuously improve our AI systems but cannot guarantee error-free operation

You retain full control over which questions are included in your exit interviews and may add, modify, or remove AI-generated questions at any time.

We collect and process data necessary to provide our Service. This includes:

• Account Data: Information you provide during registration (name, email, company details)
• Interview Data: Questions, responses, and metadata from exit interviews
• Employee Information: Names, departments, roles, and tenure of departing employees
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Service
• Slack Data: Messages and interactions through our Slack integration

We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining confidentiality. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you input into ExitFox, including employee information and interview responses. We do not claim ownership of your data.

License Grant: By using our Service, you grant ExitFox a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.

Aggregated Data: We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement purposes. Such data will not identify you or your employees.

As a user of ExitFox, you agree to:

We understand the sensitive nature of exit interview data. We commit to:

• Limiting access to your data to authorized personnel only
• Not sharing your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of exit interview data within your organization and for complying with any commitments made to departing employees regarding data handling.

Access to certain features of ExitFox requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may experience:

• Scheduled maintenance periods (with advance notice when possible)
• Unscheduled downtime due to technical issues
• Service interruptions beyond our control (third-party services, internet connectivity)

We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or unavailability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
